Data sources
The reported data come from a lot of different sources. Some information is collected by Australian, state and territory government departments and agencies as part of the services they provide. Other information is collected through clinical assessment tools.
This section includes information for each data source including:
- Collection frequency – how often the data are collected
- Description of the data source – what/who is included in the source data
- Measures reported – which palliative care measures the source data will be reported against
- Disaggregation categories – what type of categories will be reported on from the source data.
