NIHSI AA updates

During the preparation of this report, a more comprehensive version of the NIHSI AA was released (version 1.0). NIHSI AA v1.0 contains data from two more jurisdictions – Queensland and the Australian Capital Territory – in addition to the four in v0.5 (New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania). Temporal coverage has also expanded and now includes data from 2011–12 to 2018–19.
