Interpretation

A decrease in the proportion of people who experience sexual harassment at work will indicate improvements in workplace safety.

Sexual harassment is one form of gender-based violence (GBV) that can be experienced in the workplace. Sexual harassment is expected to fall over time where systems and institutions are effective and supporting and protecting people impacted by GBV.

Outcome: 1 Systems and institutions effectively support and protect people impacted by GBV

Sub-outcome: 1.5 Workplaces are safe from all forms of GBV and are actively preventing sexual harassment and discrimination

Indicator: Increased use of best practice for preventing and responding to bullying, sexual harassment and sexual assault in the workplace
