2013/3 21 Aug 2013 Information in respect of each public and private hospital in Australia concerning the hospital name, address, contact details, total beds, clinical services and admissions in most recent year available.

The information provided was based on three sources that are already published – information on the myhospitals website at www.myhospitals.gov.au and Tables AS.1 and AS.2 which accompany the Australian Hospital Statistics 2011-12 report published at http://www.aihw.gov.au/publication-detail/?id=60129543133

Because the information provided by private hospitals is voluntary the information concerning some private hospitals may be incomplete in relation to some items of the information requested.

The most recent data concerning hospitals is published on the myhospitals website.
