This page will help you get the most out of the displays.

Navigating between pages

Pages in the dynamic data display can be navigated in two ways:

  1. Using links on the contents page to navigate to the desired page and the 'back to contents' link to return to contents.

The image displays the back to contents link which is located on the left hand side of each section of the dynamic data display and can be used to navigate back to the main contents page

  1. Using the navigation button on the bar at the top left of the dynamic data display.

Locating data notes

Notes relating to the data reported in text, charts and tables can be found under the notes tab on each page.

Scrolling through content and tables

Some text boxes and tables require scrolling to view all the content. Scroll bars are located on the right hand edge of the text boxes.

Scroll bars can be found in tables by hovering over the right hand edge or bottom of the tables.

Enlarging content

All figures, tables and text boxes can be expanded to take up more space on screen by clicking inside the figure, table or text box and pressing the expand button in the top right corner of the content. Clicking the expand button again will minimise the window.

Clicking the enlarge content button will minimize the content back to the original size

Reading data points 

Additional tool tip information is available by hovering the cursor or clicking an object or point in a chart, such as a bar in a bar chart or a point on a line in a line chart.

Sorting tables

Tables can be sorted by ascending or descending order for a field of interest by using the arrow buttons next to the field name.

Using filters

Some pages provide buttons to filter figures and tables. These filters will be set to display an unfiltered view by default, but filters can be applied by clicking the filter button. Clicking the same filter button again will remove the filtering.

The image displays filtering charts and tables using filter buttons which have been provided on some pages of the dynamic data display and will be found in button bars located directly above the charts and tables they filter. Pressing the filter once will apply the filter and pressing the same filter again will remove it
